What is the shelf life of Momofuku Chili Crunch and Seasoning Salts?
Our Chili Crunch is shelf-stable for 24 months from the production date, even after opening. Seasoning Salts typically maintain their peak flavor for up to 18 months when stored in a cool, dry place.
Are your products vegan and gluten-free?
Many of our products, including our Chili Crunch and Seasoning Salts, are vegan. Our Soy & Scallion and Spicy Soy noodles are vegan but contain wheat. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for detailed allergen information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States, depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to select locations in Canada. We are working hard to bring Momofuku Goods to more kitchens around the world soon.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
